Leadership
Founder & Managing Partner
Eric founded KORI Partners to bring high-standard financial and operational advisory directly to businesses at the stage where it matters most.
He holds an MSc in Finance and Investment Management in progress from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Economics and Business from Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
His work spans financial management, budgeting, reporting, liquidity oversight, and performance support across complex operating environments.
He is focused on helping Mozambican businesses close the gap between ambition and financial discipline, so owners and managers can make stronger decisions with clearer information.
Why KORI exists
Across Mozambique, growing companies often need funding, better reporting, stronger controls, or clearer operating visibility before they have a fully developed internal finance function.
KORI Partners exists to close that gap. The firm helps management teams understand their current position, improve the quality of their information, and prepare for the conversations that decide growth: lender reviews, investor discussions, board decisions, market-entry planning, and operational restructuring.
Client outcomes
You receive materials, models, and recommendations that support decisions, not reports that sit in a drawer.
Recommendations account for local operating realities, data constraints, lender expectations, and execution capacity.
Every engagement starts with a disciplined view of the business position before any recommendation is made.
The firm takes its name from the Kori Bustard - a bird associated with composure, presence, and deliberate movement - reflecting how we approach client work.
