Anonymous assessments and downloads

Answers are held in your browser tab’s session storage to preserve progress. They are not sent to Kori when you complete an assessment or generate its PDF locally. The language preference is saved locally. Closing the tab clears its session data. Files you download remain on your device.

Optional delivery by email

When you request a pack by email, your email address, selected language and assessment answers are sent to the fulfilment service to validate and prepare the material. The configured email provider processes your address and email contents. This request does not create an account, marketing subscription or sales sequence.

Fulfilment records

The supplied delivery adapter retains encrypted fulfilment records and a hashed duplicate-prevention identifier for seven days. It deletes expired records during operation. Download links and enquiry-context links expire after seven days. No raw answers or credentials are written to application logs. Hosting and provider retention must be confirmed by Kori before activation.

Advisory enquiries

Enquiries use the existing Web3Forms pathway. Kori receives the details and editable assessment context you choose to submit to respond to your request. Contact Kori to request access, correction or deletion.

Analytics

Where analytics is already configured, only non-sensitive journey event names, assessment family and language are used. Answers, emails and enquiry text are excluded. The site does not install a new analytics provider.
